Description
Work Dates Needed: 11/06 - 1/31/2024
Preferred Schedule: M - F 8am - 5pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active, unrestricted CA license

DEA
BLS
DOT Cert
Proof of Covid vax
EMR: All_Scripts
