Seeking BE/BC Palliative Care Physician to join talented team.

• 5 days a week
• Joining 3 other Advanced Practice Providers and 6 other staff
• Span services from inpatient care to ambulatory care
• Home visits may be required but rare
• Rotation of on-call after hours 1:4
• Continuing Care Practice
