Pediatrician - Locum Tenens Opportunity in Northern Michigan We are currently seeking a Pediatrician for a locum tenens assignment in Northern Michigan, near Traverse City. Assignment Details: Profession: Physician Specialty: Pediatrics Shift Type: 24-Hour Call Shifts (7 a.m. - 7 a.m.) Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: Yes MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified in Pediatrics or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency - Required, no exceptions Clean history - Required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) & BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required Michigan license at the time of submission - Required Providers need to be local and able to drive in (no flights) - Required Provider performs circumcisions - Required Provider participates with MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - Required Provider can cover all dates listed - REQUIRED This is a fantastic opportunity to provide newborn nursery coverage in a beautiful part of Michigan.
