Physician / Psychiatry / New York / Locum or Permanent / MD - Child Psychiatrist Job

Child Psychiatrist needed for a top academic hospital in Brooklyn, option for 100% outpatient or mix of outpatient and inpatient

Job Function:

• Treats child & adolescent patients in an outpatient setting on the hospital campus
• Option for 5 days outpatient or build in 1-2 days a week doing ER consults within pediatrics
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans (medication management, counseling, family therapy)
• Interact with families to support systems to identify socioeconomic influences
• Interact with medical students and residents
• One WFH day a week on a Tues/Wed or Thurs
• Opportunity for moonlighting - extra pay
