DDS / Dentist / Minnesota / Permanent / Dentist - Central Minnesota Job

-Private, FQHC look-alike seeks BC Dentist to join their team
-Base salary $190,000 guaranteed for FTE plus bonus incentives up to 15% gross. Adjustments, lab fees, and uncollected billings are not deducted
-After hours call taken one week at a time, typically once per quarter. Screen true emergencies from VM only - generally refer to ER or prescribe antibiotics PRN for established patients
-Option for 4-day work week, if desired. Current hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and 8 am to 2 pm Fridays
-Group has 9 centers in Minnesota
-Join 2 RDH and 3 LDA with manager at this site
-Open Dental used here with digital radiographs, Pano, and CBCT available
-Group offers general dentistry, sedation dentistry, pediatric dentistry, geriatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and have a mobile unit
-Doctor led care - choose the length of procedures you perform based on patient needs. Salary is guaranteed and not based on production. Group is focused on quality care rather than volume
-Practice has specialized equipment for patients with special needs, including chair options for patients in wheelchairs and specialized chairs for the Dentist if the patient prefers to stay in their wheelchair
