About the Opportunity:

Patient Population: Adults
EMR: E-ClinicalWorks
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for;
Managing a patient panel of Adults with a broad array of patient needs
Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice medicine the State of Connecticut (DO license will also be considered)
Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
