A well-established, hospital-owned multi-specialty group in coastal North Carolina is actively searching for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join their thriving team. With over 100 physicians and extenders across four coastal counties, this dynamic group includes 13 Cardiologists and 3 Cardiac Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons. The compensation model is productivity-driven and based on WRVUs, with obtainable bonus incentives, and health and dental insurance for the family. Hospital Employee . Competitive Income Guarantee. 10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptions. Excellent school system with many area universities . 30 days of vacation. Malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail). 403(b) tax shelter annuity, 457(b) deferred compensation.
