Description
• Location: Within an hour from Indianapolis, IN
• Guaranteed $14,000 - $16,000 per month (based on 40 hours, M-F, 8-5)
• Dates: ASAP thru Ongoing
• Full-time Locums
• Full Prescriptive Authority
• Valid, Active and Unrestricted Indiana license required
