7on 7off (8am to 5pm) 24/7 for your block
Number of Patient Encounters Per Shift 12-15 patients per day shift

(Compensation includes a competitive salary with additional compensation for the Hospitalist incentive program as well as signing bonus, relocation allocation, and full benefits)
(You are the only Hospitalist on the hospitalist service for 7 days straight. They are in house from 8:00AM – 5:00PM (or whatever is needed) they leave – they get calls from the Med-surg floor, ICU, ED when they are not in house – they almost always do not have to come back in. If ED has an admission the ED physician and the hospitalist write “orders” and the Hospitalist see the patient the next morning.)
