July 1 – Sept 30 (maternity leave locum coverage)

Shifts are 7pm to 7am (12 hours)

No procedures required

Patient census: 18-20

Compensation: $147.50 per hour

Required: Board Certification, PA License, DEA

ALL PROFESSIONAL EXPENSES WILL BE COVERED including travel, lodging and malpractice.
