• A region-leading multispecialty healthcare system in the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join its bu?sy practice of (5) orthopedic surgeons.

• 4.5-day work week (Mon-Fri); a balanced mix of clinic and OR

• Newly constructed hospital with state-of-the-art ORs, 24-7 ED, full-service lab & imaging, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care
• $735,000+ base salary with RVU model
• $200,000 sign-on bonus (in the form of a community needs loan)
