DESCRIPTION: 

·        Employee Health clinic seeing employees and family members

·    Setting outpatient

·    Ages 2+

·    EMR Athena

REQUIRED: 

·    Active NC State License

·  DEA not required

·  Certifications- BLS

·  Must have 2 years of experience

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

    Open shifts: Please call for latest needs as they change frequently!

·    Matthews, NC 28105. Ages 2+ (Ages 2-6 for Acute Care, 6-12 for sports and camp physicals, 12+ Primary Care, usually/mostly adult patients). 

  Dates: 11/14, 11/16, 11/22 7a-6p with 1 hr unpaid lunch staggered between patients
