Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: 12/11 – 2/29 with possible ongoing extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
