Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our dynamic team in Central Illinois. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality eye care services, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our practice.

Position Highlights

• Up to $125,000 base salary with additional bonus structure
• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 am-5:30 pm - no weekends or call!

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school.
• Current state licensure as an Optometrist in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
