Description
A healthcare system in New Jersey is looking to add a new, licensed Gastroenterologist to one of their facilities in South Jersey.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Coverage for weekdays or weekends
- Hours: 7am to 5pm or 7am to 7pm
- Patient Volume: 8 to 10 per day
Responsibilities:
The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for:
- Examining & obtaining medical history and treating acute & chronic illnesses
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Creating treatment plans and involving patients & family members in those plans
- Initiating appropriate specialty referrals
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Jersey
- Board Eligible / Certified in Gastroenterology
