Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: 12/04 - 3/1 with possible ongoing extension
Schedule: 4 days a week; shifts are M-F (8a - 5p)
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
