A healthcare network in New York City is looking to add a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Primary Care team in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business (40 hours/week)
• Specialty: Primary Care

Responsibilities:

The Physician Assistant (PA) will:

• Perform a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for admission, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up and outcome evaluation
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive healthcare services
• Participate in performance improvement, research and educational activities
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
• NYS Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (PA)
• BCLS certification
• Infection Control certification
