Description
A consumer products company in New Jersey is looking to add a licensed Attorney to their team as their new In-House Counsel.
Responsibilities:
The In-House Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts related to company's manufacturing services as well as working on contracts such as vendor agreements and service agreements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Juris Doctorate
- Admission to the NJS Bar
- Experience with Contract Management
