Description
A health services organization in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family Medicine background, to join their Primary Care team in Windham County.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 32 per week
- Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
Responsibilities:
The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
- Performing physicals
- Handling pre-op appointments
- Overseeing transfer of care
- Seeing patients in for sick visits
- Assisting with chronic illness management
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine
