·        Additional inpatient rounding 1-weekend p/month: census of 2-6 low acuity and swing bed

·        Phone-call rotation of 1:4 taken 1 week at a time (weekend rounding a part of this week)

·        Guaranteed salary plus production, comprehensive benefits, 27 days PTO, 5 days CME w/ allowance, and 6 holidays per year

·        Moonlighting ER shifts available if desired, not required
