This facility is looking for ER coverage January ongoing
This facility lost a permanent ER physician and will need help until they can hire another permanent ER physician
This facility will accept ABEM and IM/FP ER physicians
The facility only has a need for day shifts currently
Shift time: 8a-8p
This facility will need help covering 10-14 shifts per month
This facility needs coverage for the following shifts in January: 1, 2, 18, 21, 24-26
The schedule has not been made for February – ongoing
Admission rate: 11%
Transfer rate: 9%
Transfer locations- PMC, Ballad (Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport, Holston Valley), Clinch Valley

Intermediate APP coverage
ED does not handle admits
Code response as backup to Hospitalists
EMR: CPSI
30-60 days to be privileged
Emergency privileging can be done in a couple of weeks with for physicians with a clean file
If the physician is not ABEM certified, the FP/IM ER physician will need ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS CPR certifications active
$310-315 per hour for ABEM physicians
$275 per hour for FP/IM ER physicians
