You will play a crucial role in the planning, contributing to the center's success without direct managerial responsibilities. Balanced Practice: Embrace a 50/50 split between Hematology and Oncology, offering a diverse and engaging clinical experience. Inpatient Rounding: Internal Medicine Residents rotate through inpatient rounding, providing an opportunity for mentorship and collaboration.
