Professional

• Work with 7 other physician: 4 FPs, 2 IMs, 1 PSY, and 2 NPs
• Work with a very robust subspecialty team, including ORS, OBGYN, GS, CD, NEUR, ENT, ONC, PULM DERM and more
• 4 day work week with 10-HR shifts
• Call is only 1:13/Phone Call Only
• Average patient census 14-16
• Support Scribes available for volume above 15
• Earning potential exceeds industry standards
• Compensation $304K+ annually with $266K guaranteed base salary
• Commencement Bonus: $40K upon start
• wRVU production incentives and up to $38K in quality bonus and wRVU threshold of 5000and rate of $43.25
• Student Loan Repayment assistance, $8K CME plus time, full benefits including malpractice with tail
