Look no further! We are actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed multi-specialty group near Akron, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our 34-member group, comprised of 29 physicians and 5 mid-level providers, offering a supportive and collaborative practice environment. Position Overview: Join our well-established multi-specialty group that radiates small-town charm and community spirit. The group currently includes 8 Family Medicine physicians, and we are looking for a motivated physician to contribute to the growth and success of our practice. The position offers an outpatient-only setting, with the option for the incoming physician to practice in a traditional setting, involving a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, including following own patients in the ER. The opportunity to practice OB is also available, and the call expectation is a reasonable 1:6 (telephone practice). Office Locations: There are four conveniently located office locations to serve the community, ensuring easy accessibility for our patients. Reason for Search: This recruitment initiative is driven by growth, supply and demand ratios, and succession planning for a retiring Family Physician.
