We are actively recruiting a highly skilled and fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join an established hospital-based practice near SALLIS, MS. This is a remarkable opportunity to become a key contributor to a renowned destination center for women's healthcare, offering comprehensive services such as Breast Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, and Obstetric deliveries. The successful candidate will join an existing Breast Surgeon who is dedicated to mentoring, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for professional growth. Candidates must be fellowship-trained in Breast Surgery, and an additional advantage would be a background in oncoplastics. The hospital is recognized for its exceptional environment and state-of-the-art technology. It stands as the only facility of its kind in Mississippi, offering groundbreaking Intraoperative Radiation Therapy that allows for cancer removal and simultaneous radiation treatment, potentially reducing or eliminating the need for additional radiation sessions. Services such as KUBTEC, Digital Mammography, Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS), and stereotactic biopsies further contribute to the comprehensive and advanced care provided. The successful physician will be part of a thriving practice currently in the 99th percentile for both patient and surgical load. We are seeking an individual with an excellent work ethic, dedicated to maintaining a work-life balance. The comprehensive recruitment package for this full-time position includes compensation determined by experience, support for continuing medical education (CME), relocation assistance, medical education debt assistance, and a generous commencement bonus.
