• Work Dates Needed: A variety of shifts needed starting as soon as credentialing is completed. 6 months to ongoing.
• Preferred Schedule: Days/Nights/Weekends, 12-Hour shifts, 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient, 25-bed, hospital trauma level unknown, at this time.
• Scope of Work: patient volume per shift: 20, 403, patients per hour: 1.71
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, EM/FM/IM, ACLS, ATLC, and PALS, active Arizona license. COVID vaccine/exemption, unknown at this time.
