Position Highlights:

  • Clinical Responsibilities: As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering urgent and non-urgent health care services.   • License: Candidates must be board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) and hold a valid Indiana Driver's License.
