Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: 1/17 - 2/2 with possible ongoing extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification preferred
