Description
Board Certified Radiologist Physician, Services shall be performed at the Atlanta VAMC, Atlanta, Georgia. The period of performance shall be for a base year with 3 additional one (1) year option years beginning 01/26/2024 - 01/25/2028

The VA Radiology Services follow the standards of Diagnostic Radiology, which includes but is not limited to; General Radiolgraphy, CT, MRI and Ultrasound guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR).

Skills
Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist Physician Services for Radiology, which includes but is not limited to;
General Radiolgraphy, CT, MRI and Ultrasound, and fluoroscopy studies if needed; on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Joseph M. Cleland – Atlanta VA Medical Center. The VA Radiology Services follows the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR). A contractor shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf.

Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish services at the Joseph M. Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033

Technical Proficiency: Contractor’s physician(s) shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government’s requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. Contractor shall provide documents upon request of the CO/COR to verify current and ongoing competency, skills, certification and/or licensure related to the provision of care, treatment and/or services performed. Contractor shall provide verifiable evidence of all educational and training experiences including any gaps in educational history for all contractor’s physician(s) and contractor’s physician(s) shall be responsible for abiding by the Facility's Medical Staff By-Laws, rules, and regulations (referenced herein) that govern medical staff behavior.

VA Business Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm_
Clinic Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm_
Contractor’s physician(s) shall be available and present in clinic during normal facility clinic hours which will be established, and may be revised, as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff. Currently, normal clinic hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Notes
The minimum number of Board Certified Radiology physicians required to be on site daily is __3__ ( minimum number of physicians) to be on site at the same time as defined in paragraph Hours of Operation in this section.
Certifications And Licenses
All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor’s physician(s) who have current, full and unrestricted licenses
Board Certification: All contractor’s physician(s) shall be Board Certified per the American Board of Radiology. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times. ce.
