• Locations: Ft. Madison campus & West Burlington campus
• Duration of Assignment: As soon as credentialed - ongoing, through 2024
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Call: Yes. Rotation between 3 providers. Limited after-hours call, mostly OB.
• Patients Per Day: Varies
• EMR: Cerner
• Independence: Providers act independently, must be comfortable and confident

Submission Requirements

• NBCRNA: Required
• Active IA License: Highly Preferred
• Local Candidates: Highly Preferred
• Clean Malpractice/Background: Highly Preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR, DEA: Required
• Comfortable with All Scopes of Practice: Required
• Comfortable Working Independently: Required
• Provider Must Be Vaccinated for COVID-19: Required
