Description
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities
Dates of coverage needed: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: 2-3 days per week (M-F) - 8a - 5p - might see patients in as little as a few hours
Scope of Practice: Primary Care for Geriatric population - Charting done by scribe
License and certification: KY lic, Board Cert or Elig, DEA, ACLS
