Locum Tenens Opportunity for CRNA near WORTHINGTON, IN

We are actively seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team on a locum tenens basis near Worthington, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the healthcare community in Indiana. Below are the comprehensive details of the ongoing locum tenens position:

Locum CRNA Provider Needed:

• Dates Needed: ASAP to Ongoing

Reason for Need:

• Seeking a permanent CRNA; locum coverage needed urgently.

Work Schedule:

• 7a - 3p daily, with on-call hours from 3p - 7a.
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off.

Call Schedule:

• One weekday call per week (combination of primary and secondary).
• One evening room call per week at either 5pm or 7pm.

Call Response Time:

• 30 minutes.

Supervision:

• All CRNA practice.

Types of Cases:

• General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB.
• Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.

Credentialing and Other Details:

• Caseload and Facilities:
  • Number of providers during the day: 9
  • Number of OR’s: 6
  • Number of Endo Rooms: 2
  • Number of CV Rooms: 0
  • Number of Cath Lab Rooms: 1
  • Number of IR Rooms: 1
• EMR System: Epic
• Vaccination Required: Must be vaccinated, with exemptions considered.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temporary privileges available with a clear background, malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license).
• Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
