Excellent opportunity for a TN licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice just outside of Nashville, TN.

This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by community relationships.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
