Become part of a large and growing patient-centered medical home in Portsmouth. Practice alongside a terrific team of family and internal medicine physicians and advance practice providers delivering primary care to patients of all ages on an outpatient only basis. Lab and imaging services are located on site. This is a full time position with your choice of a 4 or 5 day/week schedule (40 hours). MD/DO both welcomed by this equal opportunity employer.
