Common procedures being performed: Steroid injections Radiofrequency ablations Nerve blocks Spinal cord stimulators. Clinic EMR is EPIC, procedures are to be documented in Meditech; expected to be replaced with EPIC in 2025. Collaboration/supervision/partnership of APP. Occurrence based Malpractice Insurance is included in package.
