• Setting: Free Standing Clinic
• Dates of coverage needed: 11/06 – 2/29 with possible ongoing extension
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
• Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
• Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
• License and certification: Board Certified, CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
