Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: ASAP - ongoing
Schedule: PRN need; ONE day a week; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
License and certification: Board Certified, VA State License, DEA, BLS
