- Pay = $200k - $270k DOE
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- To manage timelines for skilled nursing care efficiently in every aspect of the patient stay through discharge.
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday - Friday
- Located in Mission Hills, CA " 20 miles northwest of Los Angeles city center
