Work Details

• Support Staff: Collaborate with 4 NPs and 1 AP, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Coverage Needed: Full-time commitment to meet the demands of the practice.
• Patients per Day: A manageable caseload of 10 patients daily, ensuring quality care.
• Patient Population/Age: Focus on the adult demographic.
• Department Description: Engage in General Inpatient coverage with ER Call. Neonate and Pediatric cases are not required, but preferred skills include Laparoscopic surgery, Radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies/intraoperative u/s, Renal and bladder u/s w/biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL, Brachytherapy.
• EMR: Utilize the EPIC system for streamlined record-keeping.
• Hospital Bed Size: Work within a hospital with a bed capacity of 641.
• Special Procedures: Holmium laser certification is preferred, emphasizing advanced techniques like Ureteroscopy. Access onsite lab and x-ray facilities.

• Minimum Experience Required: Demonstrate at least 2 years of Urology practice.
