Description
ENT Physician needed in La Grande, OR (Perm Position)
Rural Outpatient Clinic
Work schedule: 4-day work week
Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired)
In-office procedures available if desired
Dedicated weekly OR time
State-of-the-art equipment
Epic EMR
Independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system
New Graduates Welcome: Must be Allergy Trained!
BC/BE, OR license, BLS, DEA and COVID vaccine required
Base Salary starts at $500,000
Quality incentives up to $110,000
RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Signing bonus of $20,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
