PA / Physician Assistant / Florida / Locum or Permanent / Cardiothoracic First Assist Physician Assistant (PA) Needed - Locum Tenens Job

• Work Dates Needed: June 1st start for an ongoing contract, 10-14 shifts per month. Need 2 full time providers.
• Preferred Schedule: Weeknight Call required 1:6 and some weekend call needed – 2 on call at all times.
• Worksite Setting: Hospital / OR 
• Scope of Work:
  • Supporting the cardiothoracic surgery operating room as First Assist and Secondary Role when not in the OR managing our CTS inpatients and clinic patients. (Secondary role is not optional, they must be willing to see CTS inpatients and clinic patients when not in surgery)
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified as an NP or PA. Active FL license, BLS, ACLS, DEA 
  • MUST HAVE – They will need to be trained and competent in endo-vein and endo-radial harvesting
  • Heart and lung transplant experience would also be preferred.
  • Robotics experience needed
• EMR: Epic
• Pay Rate Preferred: $125-130/hr
