Description
4 Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Practice)
Community Based Outpatient Clinics
Monday-Friday 8-4:30, No Call or OT
6 new patients per day or 8 established patients per day.
Up to 12 patients per day

Skills
Residency Trained, Board Certified or Eligible
Requirements for consideration:
Current CV in month / year format
One active state medical license (any state)
Current DEA
2-3 Current References
BLS- AHA
