VieMed Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking dynamic Part-Time/Float Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our flex team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This unique opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $190 and the flexibility to work 1 daily shift, Monday through Friday. This position is perfect for CRNAs looking to pick up a handful of shifts a week or month while contributing to exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:
As a Part-Time/Float CRNA at VieMed Healthcare Staffing, you will be an essential part of our team, providing safe and efficient anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. This flexible role allows you to collaborate with fellow CRNAs to support the 1 shift per day schedule, ensuring high-quality care for patients in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient medical histories and create personalized anesthesia care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and make adjustments to anesthesia levels as necessary during surgery.
- Provide attentive post-anesthesia care, including monitoring patients in the recovery room.
- Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including anesthesia records, administered medications, and vital signs.
- Stay updated on best practices and advances in anesthesia care.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid CRNA certification and state licensure in Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to pick up shifts on a part-time basis to support the 1-shift-per-day schedule.
