Portland, Maine: We seek a skilled BREAST CARE SURGEON to join the medical staff of a respected 200+ bed acute care, non-profit medical center in this highly desirable city. This is a full time, employed position with a hospital that accepts all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. As part of the state’s second largest healthcare system, this hospital is financially strong.

Physicians certified in General Surgery or OB/GYN are equally welcome. Surgeons who have completed a Fellowship in Breast or Surgical Oncology will receive priority attention. Join a dedicated, established multidisciplinary team of experts as the third Breast Surgeon in a NAPBC-accredited Breast Center. Practice in a state-of-the-art facility using cutting-edge technology and techniques, including a surgical robot, to provide personalized treatments for your patients. You will focus on specialized care for people with breast cancer and other breast-related concerns. Surgeons here collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and others to provide the most comprehensive, compassionate services possible. Interested Surgeons can also get involved with the hospital’s High Risk and Genetics program.
