Hospitalist Needed - Western PA: work in small community hospital setting in college community. Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians who are BE/BC and are comfortable with covering critical care patients as well as doing the central and arterial lines are urged to apply. Census varies but average is 12-15 patients per day with residents helping with case load. Teaching of residents is required with this position. This is 7 on and 7 off with possibility of 10PM to 7 AM night coverage. Straight salaried position as there is not enough workload to justify paying by WRVU. Sign on bonus and relocation expenses plus CME Dollars, PTO, 403 B, Medical and Dental Coverages and Malpractice insurance. This is about 90 minutes driving time from Pittsburgh.
