• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, 7 on / 7 off
• ACLS and BLS required
• 170 - 200 surgical cases per month
• Must be able to provide anesthesia independently, must be comfortable providing pediatric anesthesia
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
