Description
Work Dates Needed: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; On average, there are seven (7) on-call days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Scope of Work: Primary Care for patients aged 65+
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical License, DEA Treating Newborn to 18 years old.
Volume: Very low- Ranges from 2-8 patients per day.
