Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: ASAP - ongoing
Schedule: PRN 2 days a week ; 8am - 5pm
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience; suturing
License and certification: Board Certified, IN State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification (preferred)
