Call is 1:4 with fellowship of 9 physicians assisting
Inpatient/outpatient mix- clinic is rotation based
Volumes-260k patient base. Booked out 3-6 months in advance. 6-10 patients per day

Salary and Benefits:
Starting at $610,000 (can be negotiated) plus call, plus bonus and benefits
Total compensation potential is $800,000+
