Description
Adelphi is seeking a high level Executive Assistant (Temporary) to provide professional and complex administrative support duties in Clermont, Florida. The professional must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with public officials and. Job Quick Facts:

• Rate: $33.67/hr Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years of related experience in local government, or legal office
• Valid Florida Class E Driver's license
• Ability to work independently under minimal
supervision.
• Florida Notary Public would be an asset Responsibilities:
• Support Administrative Functions: Assist with agenda development, document formatting, and election qualifying.
• Handle Correspondence: Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
• Attend Meetings/Workshops: Provide administrative support during meetings and workshops, including note-taking.
• Transcribe Minutes: Accurately transcribe minutes from meetings and workshops.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Demands:
• Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods.
• Exerts up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force on a regular basis.
• Operates office equipment requiring moderate dexterity.
• Requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
